• All contributions are final and non-refundable.

3. Use of Funds

Funds may be used to compensate Harding University Men’s Basketball student-athletes for activities such as:

• Social media promotions
• Public appearances
• Community engagement
• Autograph signings
• Other NIL-related activities compliant with NCAA regulations

4. No Affiliation

We are an independent entity and are not formally affiliated with Harding University or its athletic department. We comply with NCAA rules and applicable state laws governing NIL activity.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Posting misleading or false information
• Attempting to interfere with site functionality or security
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior
